All of our packages include:
- Scheduled Visits from a named Engineer - a new member of staff
- Freephone Helpdesk during the whole school day - on call 8am to 5pm
- Remote Monitoring and Management - allows us to take control of your device to fix it
- Microsoft365 Administration and Management - essential for effective Teaching and Learning
- Critical Incident call-outs - we'll be there when you need us
- Strategy meetings and compliance assistance
- Ad-hoc visits - we'll pop in for urgent quick jobs
As a guide, we recommend our services are matched to the needs of your school in terms of staff numbers and quantity of devices. Those options are as follows:
Monthly - for up to 10 staff and up to 75 devices
Fortnightly - for up to 20 staff and up to 150 devices
Weekly - for up to 40 staff and up to 250 devices
Twice-Weekly - for over 40 staff and/or over 250 devices
NB: The age and condition of your devices may also impact the delivery of services and our ability to support them effectively. Discounts are available to MATs where all schools take up support, or for multi-year options. Contact us for more information.
